JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established Ag employer seeking to fill a Maintenance Worker / Millwright position. Will be responsible for the operation and care of feed manufacturing equipment. Need to be mechanically inclined and have the experience to be able to perform maintenance and repairs on machinery. Other responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with plant manager on needs for parts, supplies, and repairs while maintaining enough in stock for normal running and emergencies
- Follow and perform regular and preventative maintenance schedules on all of our equipment: motors, bearings, bucket elevators, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, drag and screw augers
- Welding and Fabrication
- Understand and maintain feed mill equipment
- Rebuild rolls, reducers, gearboxes, and other mill equipment
- Maintain hydraulic and electrical equipment
- Daily sanitation of work area and plant grounds
- Comply with all company policies and comply with all Federal, state, and local laws
- Report any quality or feed safety problems to a member of Plant Quality Assurance Team
- Wear and maintain personal protective equipment
