QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-5 years of full time Ag Production experience
- 2+ years of farm, grain elevator, seed cleaning, or millwright experience is preferred
- Would consider someone recently completing an associate's degree in industrial maintenance
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills working with customers
- Must have organizational skills, motivated, and ability to work both independently and with a team
- Work with respect to safety of oneself and other team members around the seed facility and the farm
- CDL license and experience with clean driving record is a bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a certified seed farm that is looking for a "jack of all trades" millwright, maintenance, and/or fabricator that is willing to assist with our certified seed farm, but also assist with their seed cleaning business that functions from June until November of each year. This individual is preferred to have experience with seed cleaning equipment, from state-of-the-art cleaner, length grader and use of gravity table and USC seed treater system. This position will be overseeing the operations of the plant, such as loads coming in and leaving the plant, control quality of the end/cleaned product, in addition to maintenance, repairs, welding, fabrication, or any additional millwright work that is called upon. This position is 50% maintenance and 50% production work. This individual must have communications skills and self-motivated to work as an individual, but also with a team. Base pay would be around $22/hour, but would consider more depending on experience, stability, and references. Great location to raise a family with option of schools, activities, recreation, and possible employment in the area for a spouse if they so choose.
