JOB TITLE: AGRONOMY MANAGER

Our client is an established Midwestern Ag Sales / Service Retailer located in the State of Ohio whose facilities have been updated in recent years. Employees remain long-term with this Employer! JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc. Agronomy or other Ag-related degree preferred; employer may consider equivalent related experience
- Minimum 5 years Ag sales and/or Ag sales management experience
- Proven experience leading an Agronomy Sales Team and/or Agronomy location
- Experience managing operations and administrative personnel
- Experienced at developing / managing operating budgets
- Currently residing in general area of facility or someone who grew up in the area and is now looking to return to get closer to family
Must be able to work legally within the U.S. and meet the above qualifications for this Agronomy Manager role

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Agronomy Sales and Services provider looking to hire an experienced Agronomy Manager. Primary duties to include oversight of location, personnel and agronomy equipment and on-site buildings as well as development/maintenance of operating budgets. Ideal candidate will have a 4-year Agronomy degree and 5 or more years of experience managing an Agronomy location with operations, sales and administrative personnel.

This role will report directly to the General Manager.
