About the role
We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator, to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Due a promotion from within the Talent Acquisition team, we are now seeking a highly organised, team player, who will provide exceptional coordination support to the team. This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team within People Operations and is integral to drive our recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for our business while ensuring a quality experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Assisting to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across their recruitment and employee lifecycle
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including (but not limited to) posting jobs, screening candidates, booking interviews, conducting reference checks, processing contract requests and monitoring contract acceptance and returns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Work with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on recruitment processes and upskilling as required
Responding to candidate and hiring manager enquiries via phone and email
Other duties as required to support priorities of the broader People Operations team.
About you
A passion for talent acquisition is essential as is providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment program life cycle
Have strong previous experience in a similar support role either in recruitment or administration
The ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
Proficient in MS Suite and aptitude for technology
Highly organised with efficient work processes
Experience using Workday or similar ATS would be an advantage, but not essential
