About the role

We are looking for a Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

Our Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business with a specific focus on rural real estate. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. In this role the primary focus is on Rural Real Estate, with the opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Rural Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
  • List, market and sell properties
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
  • Participate in Branch business development programs
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events


About you

To succeed at Elders, you:
  • Possess local real estate industry experience and associated networks in the location.
  • Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties.
  • Hold a Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver's licence.
  • Have demonstrated Real Estate marketing skills.
  • Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Area a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology including use of in market tools for research and open to training in the base CRM platform.
