About the role
We are looking for a Rural Products Storeperson to join the close-knit team in Hay on a casual basis.
As an Elders Rural Products Storeperson, you will be required to assist the sales team with stock management and logistics. This role will require you to work as part of the team, taking a lead role in delivering product on farm and liaising with customers. You will also be involved in assisting manage stock levels and storage. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
Proactively source new business to achieve KPI's and targets
Supporting inventory management, including in stocktake and dispatch
Processing sales and performing sales quotes
About you
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
Have, or are excited to learn, technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
Have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
Have a driver's and forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.
