About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Rural Products Sales Representative who can add value and contribute to our continued growth by building and maintaining key customer relationships at our Broome Branch .

As our Rural Products Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Initially , this role will be offered on a casual basis , o ver three days however we are happy to be flexible and work with the successful candidate's availability.

This role will require the candidate to be available on the occasional Saturday and ideally have the flexibility to increase hours depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored solutions to clients by taking the time to understand their business needs
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to foster relationships based on trust and transparency
Play an active role in contributing to the company's objectives , milestones, and financial targets
Provide support for inventory management, participating in stocktakes and dispatch
Execute sales transactions and generate sales quotes as part of daily responsibilities

About you:

To thrive in this role you :

Are a customer-focused team player
Have, or are excited to learn, technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
Ideally have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills however we will invest in the growth of candidates looking to commence their career in ag
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
Good organisational and time management skills
Sound computer literacy
Have a driver's licen c e
A forklift licen c e would be an advantage however not essential
