About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join the Riverland team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our four Real Estate offices are located in Renmark, Berri, Loxton and Waikerie and offer a picturesque and relaxed lifestyle yet all the services of a vibrant, close-knit community. Within a three-hour drive of Adelaide, you can enjoy the best of country life and the facilities you would expect in our capital city.

Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. About the opportunity

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:

List, market and sell properties
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
Work with the Elders team and assist our clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

Hold a Real Estate licence (preferred) and a current driver's licence (essential)
Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
Possess a sound understanding of Real Estate Legislation
High level of commitment and attention to detail
A strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Willingness to work outside of normal office hours
