Job Description: About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the AIRR team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, the Customer Service Manager role will oversee the management of the Customer Service team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and the timely and effective resolution to customer order issues and enquiries. The Customer Service Manager will also support the QLD Sales Team and Warehouse Manager to deliver exceptional service in the processing, generating, and following up of sales to internal and external AIRR customers.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and management of the Brisbane Customer Service team, ensuring a high standard of service is constantly being delivered to AIRR customers.
  • Ensuring all service levels pertaining to the resolution of customer enquiries and order issues are met
  • Overseeing the timely processing of customer order processing, banking and mail collection / delivery
  • Communicating concisely and effectively with internal and external parties regarding updates on orders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential AIRR customers
  • Identifying areas for professional growth, training and development of the AIRR Customer Service team.
  • Assisting the QLD Management Team to maintain high standards of service to internal and external customers


About you

To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service Supervisor/Manager role (ideally in the logistics or supply chain sector)
  • Developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and offer innovative ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience meeting set service level agreements and KPI's
  • Have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
