Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement short and long-range sales strategy.
* Develop and implement operating goals and objectives for sales
* Forecast annual and monthly revenue streams
* Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products
* Collaborate in implementation of marketing programs
* Achieve revenue and profit goals
* Responsible for sales management organizational design, position descriptions, establishing performance standards
* Communicate expectations, assure accountability for implementation and provide support to sales organization
* Expand distribution system in line with business growth and market need
* Maintain contact with distribution channel and promote positive relations with distribution channel.
* Monitor effectiveness of distribution system on annual basis and implement appropriate corrective measures
* Administer commercial policy across the distribution system.
* Work closely with marketing in product pricing, customer segmentation, product positioning. Monitor and provide input to marketing on market trends, competitor activity, pricing and in-season competitive responses. Work with marketing manager to develop new opportunities in products, markets and strategies
* Participate actively in product management teams for product development strategies, product promotions, business plans and life cycle management
Qualifications * Bachelors/Master's Degree in Agriculture
* 15+ years' experience in agro-input industry
