Job Description: Hands-on management role of 8,000 head custom feeding operation. Oversee crew of 7-10. Work with receiving, assessing and processing cattle, riding pens and pulling/doctoring animals. Calling feed and rations, sorting and shipping cattle. Must be self-starter, dependable and enjoy interfacing with customers. Requires good decision making skills; data analysis abilities helpful. Leadership skills a must.
