Job Description: Work closely with Farm Manager to oversee daily activities of organic farm. Implement strategies for crop production, manage resources efficiently. Operate farm equipment (tractors, combines, tillage machinery, planting equipment and cultivation equipment). Will also work with irrigation equipment and maintain equipment. Work effectively with the team, promote safety. Excellent benefits.
